Vinification: Pressing and fermentation in steel at controlled temperatures below 25 ' C with maceration. After the fermentation, the wine is put in Barrique for 14 months. Sugar residual 8,5 gr/L
Medium ageing: 3 months in bottle
Colour: Ruby red
Flavourings: It has hints of wild berries which, together with the
spices, enhance cherries scents
Taste: Well balanced , soft and harmonious to the palate, it mantains Sagrantino's typical structure
Pairings: Roasted meals and elaborated second dishes, bushmeat
and lamb chops
